Founder of Olivia Cole
With nearly three decades in customer service and a background in education, Nicole founded the clinic in 2017 with a vision to combine aesthetics, wellbeing, and genuine human connection. Starting her journey in permanent makeup and now a master artist, her passion for precision and care naturally led her into medical aesthetics. Regulated by the local authority, a proud BAMAC member, first aid trainer, and supporter of the Body Dysmorphia charity, Nicole is deeply committed to safety, ethics, and empowerment. Always evolving, she’s now advancing her expertise through training in applied quantum biology, continuing her mission to help people look and feel their best, inside and out.

With 27 years of experience as a CACI expert and three wonderful years here at Olivia Cole working with HIFU and CACI technology, Ruth combines exceptional skill with a genuinely friendly touch. Her clients adore her warmth, professionalism, and the outstanding results she delivers every time.

Passionate about making people feel good inside and out, she ensures every client feels welcome, cared for, and confident in their experience with us.
Hannah Haley,
Client Care Coordinator & Managing Consultant
With over a decade of experience in customer service and salon and spa management, Hannah brings her down-to-earth, dynamic energy to her role as our Customer Care Coordinator.
After two years in clinic, she now works remotely from Dubai, managing our social media and consulting on business operations to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
